The Indiana University Indianapolis Post-Baccalaureate Research Education Program (IPREP) prepares recent college graduates for admission to graduate programs in the biomedical and behavioral sciences.
IPREP is funded through the National Institutes of Health and draws on the programmatic and research strengths of the major health and life sciences campus of IU Indianapolis.
Training is provided in addiction neuroscience, medical neuroscience, biomedical engineering, clinical psychology, human performance and kinesiology, basic medical sciences (microbiology, musculoskeletal biology, pharmacology, physiology) and applied social and organizational psychology toward the goal of matriculation into these graduate programs.
The long-term goal of IPREP is to broaden participation of graduate students and faculty for five targeted Ph.D. programs at Indiana University Indianapolis.
